My little fiesty dragonlady turned three this May. This year, she decided that she wanted a Frozen party (even though she herself was quite sick of it after watching Frozen for 1896435 times).
I didn’t want it to be all about Elsa and convinced her to have one of her celebrations be more Olaf-oriented instead.
The first party was with a small group of girlfriends and their kiddos. Glad it was a small group because the husb went on a last minute work trip and I had to do up the party preps myself. So grateful the girlfriends chipped in to help me with the food, or it would have been quite a mad rush to get everything done in time.
Mommies got to catch up while kids got to watch TV and play toys together. Win-win! The birthday girl was really pleased with her party:
I wanted my lil’ baby girl to feel even more special on her birthday and got her an Elsa dress for her school party. It instantly transformed her – never had we seen her this girlie and sweet.
It did felt like we might have OD-ed a little on the theme for a small school party but it was good enough for us to know that she loved it and enjoyed celebrating her birthday with the little friends and teachers whom she’s most familiar with.
