Those who know me would know I hate to be in the sun. Known for its lack of sunshine, London is easily my favourite city in the world. But as luck would have it, we reached London when they were having a heatwave!
Still, we managed to touch-and-go and covered some main tourist spots for my brother who was visiting London for the first time.
Big Ben, now officially known as the Elizabeth Tower
(in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II)
London Eye – no time for for a ride on it again
We enjoyed the National History Museum a lot the last time we were in London and thought of bringing our kid(s) to visit in future. So here’s wish coming true:
human made. 😉
Within walking distance is the famous Harrods!
Harrods to me, is a must-visit!
For fans of Princess Diana, here you can find a memorial of her and Dodi Al Fayed located at the basement.
For fans of shopping, this is a one-stop place to find many big labels. But because this is a very popular tourist spot on its own, some popular bag models are often out-of-stock.
