Last Friday, we brought Thaddeus to watch Playtime! Magic Jungle at Esplanade.

where are you going to bring me, Mommy?
He didn’t know what he was in for and just followed Mommy into the studio to watch the performance. I was more excited than he was and eager to see if he likes such performances.
in the studio, he went “dark dark” and was kinda intrigued by all the set up
“where are all the animals?”
the scaredy cat who was afraid of the sloth bear but didn’t want to leave
2 sheets of stickers – 1 for meimei!
Although there were some tears because he was afraid of the dark and the sloth bear, Thaddeus nodded when I asked him if he wanted to watch this again. Not sure if he truly understood my question but I’m going to get tickets for the next show!
The entire show was less than 1 hour long, which is great for young toddlers who have very short attention spans. The performers engaged them by asking them questions every now and then and even getting them involved during the performance. The kids from the kindergartens were very good with answering the questions and enthusiastic about participating. All very cute to watch!
And while we were away, the husb took his little girl out art-gazing.
